Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. During busy seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times within the United States are 3–7 business days after dispatch.
We currently do not offer international shipping (but hope to soon!).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us at annika.nichols@icloud.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Returns
We do not accept returns on food products, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
